I’m very happy with yr company’s service. Especially with the help of mr kuldeep. We managed to cancel the flight to Taipei. Since yesterday, Taipei had typhoon & earth quake which stop us from going. Mr kuldeep is very helpful & friendly guy. He is very patient with us. Really thank & appreciate his help.
So many negative reviews this is crazy. I love booking with them. I think i’m a customer of more than 6 years. Never had any issues. Booked multiple flights and hotels.
Yes there are human mistakes possible, but i can’t think of any negative situation that would make me not go back to them.
Expida, is one of the best i have ever used for vacation packages. I had a trip to Vienna go almost bad for me and my family, they quickly made fixed things i could have been a mess. I will most defiantly use them again!
I had an excellent experience with Expedia. I forgot to cancel a reservation until the night I was supposed to check in. I called Expedia to cancel the next few nights and they asked me to hold while they called the hotel – they said they’d try to get them to cancel the reservation without penalty. And, they came back a few minutes later and said I didn’t have to pay any penalties! Now, that’s excellent customer service. Thank you, Expedia.
We got 2 tickets to BKK, but we had to cancel the trip.
With Emirates we just paid $50 penalty fee and the rest was refunded by expedia.

I handle a business account on Expedia (platinum member) with more than 200 flight tickets booked last year and over 150 hotel nights. Any problems were never Expedia’s fault but just due to airline ticketing restrictions. Although not perfect Expedia is by far the most professional travel booking site there is. With extreme high amount of bookings still never encountered serious issues that were their fault.
I have used Expedia so many times and never had a problem with it. I’m totally surprised about the so many negative reviews on here. The only thing I don’t like from Expedia, is that they don’t show you the final price right away, so you need a few more clicks to see the final price, but other than that, I’m totally satisfied with them, specially when they give me the option to book flights and hotel and pay it monthly (that works only because I have a US phone number and address), but I definitely recommend Expedia for your bookings.
I used Expedia to Book 3 tickets to go to Canada and the process was quick and straight forward. I was then sent the booking details with quotes on rentals cars. I want to purchase one of the the rental cars and the money was taken, however the booking was not confirm. I called the customer service, and was not happy with this happening and i feel the member of staff took the brunt of this, however he was able to refund this transaction of 200 pound straight into my account with no waiting. Will always recommend Expedia to friends

We stay at Tiara’s for the first time since we visited Punta Cana for nine consecutive years. We had a great experience with the service, very clean , great food. Our Butler Joan was wonderful, his boss Dawer took care of us during Joan time off, he was very professional and attentive to our needs. Napo and Amilek the Managers of the facility are super nice and always doing rounds to make sure things run smoothly. Very nice place to visit and relax,
Apsoluty amazing service!! they went above and beyond when the hotel stuffed up our booking the customer service was outstanding i highly recommend.
Last year in August I had to leave a deserved poor review for Expedia.
Then, once I initiated the process of formal legal proceedings, Expedia instructed external solicitors who contacted me immediately and satisfactorily resolved my complaint within 48 hours.
Well done Expedia; well done Expedia’s solicitors.
